General Audition Information
Admission into The Performing Arts Project's programs is by audition only. We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis until all spots are filled. Digital auditions are now open and Live-online auditions begin in December. We will be announcing In-person auditions occurring in January and February in the coming weeks.
Students can audition for Blueprint, both Compass programs (Acting for Camera and Dance for Movers), and Panorama at the same time. The program break downs are as follows...
Blueprint: Performance Training & College Audition Prep for students in high school or gap year
Compass: Acting for Camera for students in high school (14 and up), gap year, college, and beyond
Compass: Dance For Movers for students in high school or gap year
Panorama: Performance Training Through Artistic Exploration for students in high school (16 and up), gap year, college, and beyond.
If admitted to Blueprint, students can attend a single program or choose a three-week option that includes Blueprint and one of the Compass programs. You'll be asked to let us know which programs you'd like to be considered for on your application. However, we may sometimes offer a spot in a different program or additional program if we think that’s where you’d thrive.
Each program has a slightly different audition procedure. Take a careful look at the audition instructions for the program(s) you're considering. The same audition process will cover both our in-person and live online programming. Students are notified about audition results via email. All students who audition will be contacted.
